摘要
为了提高复杂零件的测点检测效率,研究了三坐标测量机的自由曲面测量路径优化问题。首先分析了自由曲面的测量路径规划构成,确定路径优化的目标函数。其次,修改了求解旅行商问题的蚁群算法,使本算法适用于求解自由曲面测点路径优化。然后,以参数曲面为例,进行了计算机仿真实验和实际的三坐标测量机检测实验。实验表明:蚁群算法测点路径优化的结果要优于禁忌搜索算法和遗传算法,所采用的算法取得了良好的效果。
In order to improve measuring efficiency of complex components, the path optimization of free form surfaces measurement of CMM is studied. Firstly, the measurement path planning of free surface is analyzed, and the objective function of path optimization is determined. Secondly, the ant colony algorithm is modified to solve the TSP, and the algorithm is applied to the optimization of the measurement points of free surfaces. Then, the parametric surface is taken as an example, computer simulation experiments and the actual tests of the CMM are carried out. Experiment shows that the results of the ant colony algorithm are better than those of tabu search algorithm and genetic algorithm, and the adopted algorithm has achieved good results.
