高速列车侧墙的装配偏差仿真分析与测点优化

Simulative Analysis of Assembling Deviation for Sidewall of High-speed Train and Optimization for Measure Points Based on VisVSA

摘要 高速列车侧墙的装配质量是影响车体总成制造质量的关键因素。利用三维公差分析软件Vis VSA对高速列车的侧墙进行了装配偏差仿真分析。结果表明,侧墙高度的超差率不能满足原有公差设定下的要求。依据仿真分析结果对偏差贡献度较大的零部件公差进行修正,修正后的超差率明显减小,满足装配要求;同时对侧墙的外形轮廓测点进行优化,在保证检测质量的前提下,提高了生产效率。 The assembly quality of the high-speed train sidewall is a key factor which has a great influence on manufacturing quality of the train body. Assembling deviation simulation analysis was made for the high-speed train sidewall based on the 3D tolerance analysis software VisVSA. Analysis shows that the height of sidewall has a high deviation that cannot satisfy set target requirements. According to the analysis, components with high contributions to the results were corrected. And the deviation was reduced obviously which satisfies the tolerance requirements after the correction. Moreover, an optimal selection for the measure points was made to improve the production efficiency on the premise of high detection quality.
