刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷特性实验 被引量:2

Load Characteristics and Experiment Research of the Pin Roll on Rail Chair of Scraper Conveyor

摘要 为研究刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷特性,采用销轴传感器对采煤机运行时刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷进行测试,通过无线采集模块对测试数据实时存储和传输,得到轨座销轴的载荷数据曲线,分析结果表明:针对所研究刮板输送机轨座销轴,椭圆形孔销轴最大X向载荷为-87.48 kN,最大Y向载荷为183.18 kN,圆形孔销轴最大X向载荷为127.84 kN,最大Y向载荷为140.50 kN,并且煤岩硬度越大,销轴承受载荷越大。研究结果为刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷测试提供了新方法,为刮板输送机故障监测和煤岩截割识别提供真实数据,同时对刮板输送机零部件设计和优化具有指导意义。 In order to study the mechanical and load properties of the pin roll on rail chair of scraper conveyor, the shaft sensor is used to test the load of the pin roll on rail chair of scraper conveyor when the coal winning machine was running. Real-time data is stored and transmitted via the wireless module and test data curves of the pin roll on rail chair are obtained. Analysis results show that the pin roll on rail chair of scraper conveyor has the largest load of - 87.48 kN in X direction and the largest load of 183. 18 kN in Y direction of the pin roll on elliptic hole, has the largest load of 127.84 kN in X direction and the largest load of 140.50 kN in Y direction of the pin roll on circular hole. And the larger is the hardness of Coal and rock, the larger is the load which the pin roll beared. The results of the study provide a new way for the pin roll on rail chair load test of scraper conveyor and data support for the coal-rock cutting identification and the fault monitoring on scraper conveyor, also have guiding and significance for scraper conveyor parts design and optimization.
