摘要
分析了普通轿车B柱车门门缝设计的影响因素,针对传统B柱门缝K线计算方法的局限性,在Catia V5宏程序中引入自适应采样算法获取K线的结点,然后通过自适应迭代的方法来修正这些结点,最终获得门缝K线,并通过伪代码描述的方式给出了详细的算法。
This paper introduced the influence factors of in door gap design on B pillar of the automotive, and analyzed the limitation of traditional method on solving the K-line or door gap on B pillar. Thereafter, some self- adaptive algorithm was introduced in Carla V5 macro to sample the node points of the K-line, which was corrected by a series of self-adaptive iteration. Finally, the algorithm is presented by the fake code in detail.
