光子晶体在织物表面的色泽呈现 被引量:3

摘要 为探究结构色在织物显色方面的可行性以及织物组织结构对光子晶体结构色显色效果方面的影响,选用不同织物组织结构的黑色涤纶织物为基材,采用经典的St?ber法制备高圆整度、单分散、粒径为150~300 nm的SiO_2微球,通过垂直沉积自组装法将微球组装在涤纶织物上得到显色效果较佳的光子晶体结构色。使用Lambda-35紫外-可见-分光光度计进一步验证不同织物组织结构上光子晶体结构色的显色差异。结果表明:在相同自组装工艺条件下,织物组织结构不同造成的反射光强度差异将会影响光子晶体结构色的呈现;相比于平纹织物表面的结构色,缎纹织物的结构色亮度相对较暗。 Polyester fabrics with different fabric structures were chosen as the base material to explore the feasibility of structural color applied to textile coloration and the influences of the fabric structure on the structural color development of photonic crystals.Black polyester fabrics with different structures were chosen as the base material.SiO_2 microspheres with high roundness,excellent monodispersity and diameter ranging from 150 nm to 300 nm,were prepared by St?ber method.The photonic crystals on polyester fabrics with ordered arrangement were prepared by vertical deposition self-assembly of SiO_2 microspheres,and exhibited brilliant structural colors.The Lambda-35 UV-VIS spectrometer were applied to confirm the color difference of structural color on polyester fabrics with different fabric structures.It proved that under the same self-assembly process conditions,the reflection difference caused by different fabric surface structures influences the luster of structural color on the fabric.Compared with satin fabrics,the luster of structural color on plain fabrics is more shiny.
