历史文献典藏预防性保护的实践——以上海图书馆为例

Practice of Preventive Protection of Historical Document Collections: Take Shanghai Library as an Example

预防性保护强调对问题的前置性处理,即通过有效的监测、评估、调控、管理,抑制各种不良因素对文献的危害,达到长久保存文献的目的。本文从保护技术、组织管理与制度保障的几个特定角度,结合上海图书馆近几年的实践,阐述历史文献典藏预防性保护工作。

Preventive protection of documents emphasizes acting proactively before problem occurs, which means reducing damage caused by various negative factors to achieve long-term preservation by effective monitoring, evaluating, control and management. From the perspectives of protection technique, organization management and system guarantee, combined with the practice of Shanghai Library in recent years, this paper expounds the preventive protection work of historical document collection.
