摘要
目的研究缬草Valeriana officinalis根及根茎中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定苯丙素类化合物的结构。结果从缬草20%乙醇洗脱部位中分离并鉴定了10个苯丙素类化合物。结论化合物均为首次从缬草中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical components of phenylpropanoids of Valeriana officinalis. Methods Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of phenylpropanoids. Results Ten phenylpropanoids were isolated from the 20% ethanol elution parts of Valeriana officinalis as 9-methyl-phenylpropanol-9-O-α-L-rhamnopy ranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 1),5-methoxyl-9-methyl-coniferol-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyrano syl( 1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 2),4-methoxyl-allyl benzene-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),phenylpropionic acid-9-O-α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl( 1→6)-[β-D-glucopyrano syl( 1 →2) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),3-hydroxyl-5-methoxyl-phenylpropionic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),3-methoxyl-chlorogenic acid( 6),caffeic acid( 7),4-methoxyl-7,8-dihydroxyl-phenylpropyl aldehyde-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8),3-methoxyl-phenylpropane-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 9),[( 3S,4S,7R,8S)-1-oxo-3,7-dimethyl-4-( O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) oxy]hexahydrocyclopenta[C]furan-3-yl}-methyl-trans-4-hydroxycinnamate( 10). Conclusion 1-10 Compounds were first isolated from Valeriana officinalis.
