白及真伪品的性状与显微鉴别 被引量:6

Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and authenticity of Bletilla striata

摘要 白及是我国常用中药。随着野生资源锐减、栽培产量不足等原因,市场白及供不应求,价格昂贵,伪品白及不断增多,而目前较少有详细的性状与显微研究。笔者通过多次对药材市场调查,收集市场正品白及与6种常见混伪品,应用性状与显微鉴别方法,着重对白及表面特征及横切面进行观察,对表面颜色、纹理等性状特征和表皮细胞、粘液细胞、维管束类型等显微特征进行详细研究。结果表明上述特征在不同品种间区别较大,应用性状与显微鉴别方法可以很好的鉴别白及真伪,为市场监督检查提供参考。 Bletilla striata is commonly used to traditional Chinese medicine in China. With the decreasing of wild resources,and lack of artificial plant production,Bletilla striata is in short supply on the market,and it is expensive,its adulterants increase gradually,but until now the lack of detailed character and microscopic studies. In this study,through the research on several times of medicine market survey,collect market true bletilla and six kinds of its common adulterants,using the macroscopic and microscopic methods,emphasizing characteristics of Bletilla striata surface and transection. We have studied these medicinal materials in detail of the macroscopic characters such as surface color,texture and the microscopic characters such as epidermal cells,mucilage cells,vascular bundle type. The result turns out that the characters which we have studied have large differences in different varieties. Using the macroscopic and microscopic methods can well identify authenticity Bletilla striata. Using this method can provide reference for market supervision and inspection.
