摘要
冲击电压发生器是高电压试验室的基本试验设备之一,它是一种模仿雷电及操作过电压等冲击电压的电源装置。通过采用倍压整流回路,冲击电压发生器基本回路和驱动电路,单片机模块等主要回路来模拟产生1.2/50μs标准雷电冲击电压波。本设计的主要原理是利用单片机控制电容的充放电原理来模拟产生1.2/50μs冲击电压波。软件仿真结果和硬件试验结果对比验证了本文设计的可靠性。
Impulse voltage generator is a basic testing is a power supply device that simulates impulse overvoltage equipment of high-voltage laboratory, which such as lightning and operating overvoltage. The 1.2/50 μs standard lightning impulse voltage wave is simulated by using voltage double rectifier circuit, the basic impulse voltage generator circuit, driving circuit, microcontroller module circuit and so on. The main principle of this design is the use of single-chip control capacitor charge and discharge principle to simulate the production of 1.2 / 50 μs impulse voltage wave. The comparison between the software simulation and hardware test results verifies the rehabihty of the design.
