摘要 线路避雷器作为当前线路防雷最为有效的手段之一,在500 k V交直流线路中使用越来越广泛,针对目前普遍采用的机械计数器只能记录动作次数,无法准确监测分析避雷器的安装效果和雷电活动情况,通过分析机械计数器动作原理、电子计数部分抗电磁干扰能力、大电流耐受能力和数据传输准确性,研制出机电一体化放电计数器,雷电流经过机械计数器和电子计数器同步计数,手持读写器下载数据,电子计数器能有效记录雷电流通过避雷器的时间和次数,为避雷器事故分析及掌握避雷器的运行、动作情况提供有效数据。 Line arrester is one of the most effective methods of lightning protection, use more and more widely in 500 kV AC/DC transmission line. According to the current widespread use of mechanical counters can only record the number of actions, can't accurately monitor the effect of the installation of lightning protection and lightning activity, by analyzing the action principle of the mechanical counter, anti-electromagnetic interference ability and high current tolerance ability of electronic counter, a mechanical and electrical integrated lightning counter has been developed. In this counter, the lightning current is counted synchronously through the mechanical counter and the electronic counter, data can be downloaded by handheld reader, the electronic counter can effectively record the time and frequency of lightning current passing through a lightning arrester, and the effective data is provided for lightning arrester accident.
