摘要
建立了气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)和液相色谱/质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术联合鉴定检材中5-F-APINACA和AB-CHMINACA的方法。先经GC-MS筛查并结合NIST谱库判断目标物的主体结构,进一步建立合成大麻素的LC-MS/MS快速分析方法,结合文献资料确证目标物为AB-CHM INACA和5-F-APINACA。在所建立的LC-M S/M S条件下,AB-CHM INACA的[M+H]357.1→312.3,Rt 1.67 min和5-F-APINACA的[M+H]384.3→135.1,Rt 7.64 min,仅需较短时间(~8 min)完成合成大麻素类的快速检测。
A method was established for the identification of 5-F-APINACA and AB-CHMINACA in samples by GC-MS and LC-MS/MS. The main structure of the targets were determined by GC-MS and NIST library, then the LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of synthetic cannabinoids,and the target compounds were distinguished as AB-CHMINACA and 5-F-APINACA.The retention time of detection of the AB-CHMINACA and 5-F-APINACA were 1. 67 min and 7. 64 min,respectively. The precursor product ion combinations of m/z 357. 1→312. 3 and 384. 3 →135. 1were used for quantitative analysis,and it took a short time( - 8 min) to complete the rapid detection of synthetic cannabinoids. At present,under the circumstance that the new psychoactive substance is proliferating and the NIST is not perfect,the method has the advantages of accurate analysis and rapidness,and can provide reference for anti-drug work.
