摘要
建立了一种分析水基金属加工液中乙醇胺类化合物的气相色谱方法。水基金属加工液样品经甲醇超声萃取,0.45μm有机相滤膜过滤,用HP-5毛细管色谱柱进行色谱分离,外标法定量。单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺在100~2000 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数达0.9991以上,水基金属加工液样品加标回收率为88.4%~103.9%,5次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于5.0%。样品中乙醇胺类化合物定量限可达0.011%~0.028%。
A method of gas chromatography( GC) with liquid-liquid extraction was developed for the determination of ethanolamine derivatives in water based metalworking fluid. The sample of waterbased metalworking fluid was extracted by methanol,filtered through a 0. 45 μm organic membrane filter,and then separated on a HP-5 GC column,quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the calibration curves of ethanolamines were linear up from 100 to 2000 mg/L with the correlation coefficients greater than 0. 9991. The recoveries from those water-based metalworking fluid samples were 88. 4% - 103. 9%. The relative standard deviations of the samples for 5 repeated were less than 5. 0%,and the detection limits of ethanolamines were 0. 011%( w) - 0. 028%( w). The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of ethanolamine derivatives in waterbased metalworking fluid.
