生产性服务业FDI与制造业出口技术进步——基于知识产权保护的门槛效应

Producer Services FDI and Manufacturing Export Technical Progress:Threshold Effect Based on Intellectual Property Rights Protection

基于我国2006—2015年省际面板数据,构建非线性动态面板门槛模型,将知识产权保护纳入到生产性服务业FDI驱动制造业出口技术进步的研究框架中,探讨知识产权保护对各类生产性服务业FDI影响制造业出口技术进步的非线性动态门槛效应。结果表明:交通运输、仓储和邮政业FDI与批发和零售业FDI不存在知识产权保护门槛效应,其余4种生产性服务业FDI存在双重门槛效应;总体上,随着知识产权保护力度加强,中等强度的知识产权保护在4种生产性服务业FDI驱动制造业出口技术进步的作用最为显著;地区需基于知识产权保护强度,调整生产性服务业的引资结构;多数未达最优知识产权保护区间的省份,应提高保护水平,少数保护过强的省份,应平衡知识产权保护力度,提高生产性服务业FDI对制造业出口技术进步的促进作用。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015 in China, the research structures the nonlinear dynamic threshold model. Intellectual property rights （IPR） protection is introduced into research framework which is producer services FDI to drive manufacturing export technical progress. The research discusses the nonlinear dy- namic threshold effect of IPR protection for all kinds of producer services FDI to drive manufacturing export tech- nical progress. The research shows that there is no IPR protection threshold effect of transportation, warehousing and postal service FDI and wholesale and retail FDI, and the remaining four kinds of producer services FDI have double threshold effect. In general, with the strengthening of IPR protection, moderate intensity of IPR protection is most significant in producer services FDI to drive manufacturing export technical progress. Provinces should be based on themselves IPR protection to adjust investment structure. At present, most of provinces do not reach the optimal IPR protection interval, and they should improve the protection strength. A small number of provinces exceed optimal interval, they should balance the protection strength.
