摘要
为了获得与公农二号紫花苜蓿匹配的根瘤菌,试验采用15株不同的根瘤菌对公农二号紫花苜蓿进行接种,并对其结瘤和生长指标进行测定。结果表明:接种后,紫花苜蓿的结瘤数和粗蛋白含量比对照组分别提高了67%~933%和1.54%~69.01%;株高和干重分别提高了6.26%~30.79%和85.71%~771.43%。接种根瘤菌可使紫花苜蓿的生长在各个方面都有显著提高,盆栽试验初步筛选出的与紫花苜蓿匹配优良的菌株为NACC1001、NACC1004、NACC1005、DACC2001、DACC2003、HLCC3001、HLCC3002和HLCC3003,田间试验最终选出的优良共生匹配组合为公农2号-HLCC3002。说明苜蓿品种和苜蓿根瘤菌之间存在相互选择性,通过盆栽试验进行初步筛选、再利用田间试验进行复筛可筛选出苜蓿品种和苜蓿根瘤菌的优良共生组合。
To study the symbiotic rhizobia of Gongnong No. 2, 15 different strains of rhizobia were used to inoculate Gongnong No. 2 Medicago sativa, the nodulation and the growth indexes of the Gongnong No. 2 were measured in this experiment. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the nedulation number and crude protein content of Medicago sativa increased by 67% -933% and 1.54% ~ 69.01%, respoctively; plant height and dry weight increased by 6.26% ~ 30. 79% and 85.71% ~ 771.43%, respectively. Inoculation with rhizobia could significantly increase the growth of Medicago sativa in all aspects. In the pot experiment, NACC1001 ,NACC1004,NACC1005 ,DACC,2001, DACC2003 ,HLCC3001 ,HLCC3002 and HLCC3003 displayed excellent matching with Medicago sativa. The best symbiotic matching combina- tions was Gongnong No. 2 - HLCC3002 in the field trial. It was concluded that mutual seleetivity existed between Medicago sativa and Medica- go sativa rhizobia. Through the soil pot experiment preliminary screening, the field experiment rescreening was used to determine the excellence combinations between Medicago sativa and Medicago Sativa rhizobia symbiosis.
