孕酮与雌激素对犬子宫组织炎症发生的作用机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究犬子宫组织炎症的损伤情况,探讨激素对子宫炎症的影响及作用机制,试验选取临床患病犬及健康犬为动物模型,采用病理学观察、荧光定量分析、蛋白免疫印迹等方法检测犬孕酮、雌激素分泌情况及子宫组织的相关炎症指标。结果表明:孕酮会促进NF-κB及MAPKs信号通路各分子磷酸化,促进子宫组织炎症损伤及促炎因子分泌;雌激素则抑制NF-κB及MAPKs信号通路各分子磷酸化,降低相关炎症因子产生。说明犬子宫炎症发生过程中孕酮促进疾病的发生,雌激素却可以有效地保护子宫组织、降低炎症损伤。 In order to study the injury of uterine tissue inflammation in canine, and the effects of hormones on uterine inflammation and its mech- anism. The experimental Canine and healthy canine were selected as animal model. Pathological observation, fluorescent quantitative analysis and Western - blot were used to detect progesterone and estrogen secretion and related inflammation index of uterus tissue. The results showed that progesterone promoted the phosphorylation of NF - KB and MAPKs signaling pathways, enhanced inflammation of the uterus and secrecion of pminflammatory factor. Estrogen inhibited the phosphorylation of NF - KB andi MAPKs signaling pathways, reduced the production Of related inflammatory factors. It was concluded that progesterone promoted the occurrence of disease, estrogen effectively protected the uterus from in- flammatory injury in canine uterus inflammation.
