兰坪乌骨绵羊乌质性状的研究进展

兰坪乌骨绵羊是世界上绝无仅有的地方珍稀物种资源,主要分布在云南省兰坪县。乌骨绵羊有褐色或淡黑色的牙龈、淡乌色的眼结膜、乌黑色的肛门,对乌骨绵羊解剖后发现乌骨绵羊有乌色的肌肉、骨骼、内脏和气管。乌骨绵羊的乌骨乌肉特征使其与普通绵羊区分开来。前期的研究表明,乌骨绵羊的乌质性状主要是由于高含量的黑色素沉积所致,黑色素是一种天然色素家族,哺乳动物中存在两类黑色素,一类是真黑色素,另一类是脱黑色素。文章主要从乌骨绵羊乌质性状的特征、黑色素的生物合成、黑色素合成代谢相关的候选基因和转录组测序四个方面概述了乌骨绵羊乌质性状的研究进展。
