摘要
为了评价林蛙卵的食用价值,试验采用单因素试验设计研究了林蛙卵对幼鼠智力发育的影响,选取雌性ICR幼鼠60只,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组分别饲喂林蛙卵替代基础日粮10%、20%、30%、40%、50%的饲料,预饲期为5 d,正式期为35 d,试验结束时进行跳台试验并测定脑指数。结果表明:在学习能力测试中,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组ICR小鼠出现的错误次数极显著低于其他组(P<0.01);在记忆能力测试中,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组ICR小鼠出现的错误次数显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。随着林蛙卵比例增加,脑重量和脑指数逐渐增加(P<0.05),以Ⅴ组的脑重量和脑指数最高。说明林蛙卵可促进ICR小鼠智力发育,其中Ⅲ组~Ⅴ组(20%~40%林蛙卵)小鼠智力发育较好。
To evaluate edible value of eggs of Rana chensinensis, single - factor experiment was designed to investigate the effect of those eggs on intelligence development of mice. sixty ICR mice were randomly divided into six groups. Group Ⅰ was control group in which the mice were given basic diet,while group Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ received a combined diet containing 10% ,20% ,30% ,40% and 50% eggs of Rana chens- inens/s with basic diet respectively. Adaptation period and experiment period were 5 and 35 days each. The error times of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were very significantly lower than other groups in learning ability test( P 〈 0.01 ). The error times of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were significantly lower than other groups in memory capacity test( P 〈0.05 ). The brain weight and cerebral index rose with increasing eggs level of Rana chensinensis ( P 〈 0.05 ), with the highest brain weight and cerebral index for group Ⅴ. The results suggested that eggs of Rana ehensinensis could promote intelligence development of ICR mice. The better performance was for group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ which were given a combined diet containing 20% ,30% and 40% eggs of Rana chensinensis with basic diet respectively.
