摘要
以新型热轧纳米析出强化钢为研究对象,利用透射电子显微镜分析了不同卷取温度下纳米析出相的形貌特征及尺寸分布。分析结果表明,当卷取温度小于650℃时,纳米析出颗粒尺寸小,但数量较少,对高强钢力学性能的贡献有限;当卷取温度高于650℃时,纳米析出颗粒逐渐长大并粗化,这也不利于提高材料的强度;只有当卷取温度为650℃时,钢中纳米析出颗粒无论是数量还是尺寸,均更有利于纳米析出高强钢获得优异的力学性能。
The advanced hot rolled nano-precipitate strengthened high strength steel was investigated.Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM)was used to identify the microstructure and the distribution of the nano-precipitates under different coiling temperatures.The results show that when the coiling temperature is below 650℃,the nano-precipitate is in small size but the quantity is relatively small,so the strengthening contribution to the steel is limited;when the coiling temperature is above 650℃,the nano-precipitates gradually grow up and coarsen,that is also bad for improving the strength of the steel;therefore,only when the coiling temperature is equal to 650℃,no matter the size or the quantity of the nano-precipitates is all good for improving the mechanical properties of high strength steel.
