摘要 教育戏剧作为一种综合性的艺术教育方式,以戏剧的架构方式将几乎所有的艺术形式整合于其中。近年来,随着戏剧课纳入学校美育课程范畴、"中国学生发展核心素养"的制定与颁布,为以艺术教育为主要形式的美育"培养什么样的人"作出探讨,培养"全面发展的人"作为教育戏剧在儿童核心素养发展的明确目标。本文从构建教育戏剧的多学科角度出发,论证教育戏剧与儿童核心素养发展之间的关系,并分别论述教育戏剧影响儿童核心素养的机制、教学策略与组织原则,以期为我国教育戏剧实践促进儿童核心素养发展提供理论依据和实践指导。 As a comprehensive form of arts education, educational drama integrates almost all forms of art in the form of drama. In recent years, with the inclusion of drama course into school esthetic education curriculum and the formulation and promulgation of Core Competenciesfor Chinese Students " Development, what kind of person should be cultivated by esthetic education which takes arts education as the main form and the cultivation of "person with all-round development" become the purposes of educational drama in developing children' s core eompeteneies. From a multidisciplinary perspective of the construction of educational drama, this article demonstrates the relationship between the drama and the development of children' s core competencies, and elaborates the mecha- nism, teaching strategies and organizing principles of how educational drama affects children' s core eompetencies, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for China' s education to promote children' s drama practice core literacy development, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for implementing educational drama in China to promote the development of children' s core competencies.
