摘要
针对老龄焦炉炉体窜漏严重,烟囱间断性冒烟,焦炭质量下降等问题,通过对焦炉加热制度,炉体状况,烟囱冒烟状况,炭化室底部压力等工艺参数进行分析研究,总结制定出符合老龄焦炉炉体状况的集气管压力控制要求。
On aging coke oven leakage serious, chimney smoke intermittently, the issue of coke quality, based on the heat- ing system of coke oven, furnace, chimney smoke, analyze the process parameters of the carbonization chamber bottom pressure, summarize the develop gas collector pressure of coke furnace with aging status control requirements.
