摘要
干熄焦生产时,会受到循环风量及排焦量等因素影响,使得干熄炉的斜道口焦炭会出现浮起,从而会对干熄焦生产系统造成不良影响,使得干熄焦生产量降低。在对焦炭浮起问题及原因做出分析的基础上,提出改进与优化措施,从而使得干熄焦焦炭浮起问题得到有效控制。
The production process of dry quenching will be affected by circulating air flow and exhausting of coke and other factors, these factors make the coke float from the chute mouth, which can cause bad effects to dry quenching system, make the dry quenching production reduced as well. Based on coke float problem and based on the analysis of the causes, the author puts forward the improvement and optimization measures, so as to make the dry quenching coke float problem under control effectively.
