摘要
通过转炉炼钢中使用静态和动态数学模型控制系统及分析技术,完成转炉炼钢炉料加入和吹氧量等主要参数的计算,通过自动化控制系统实现工艺设备的自动炼钢控制,提高转炉炼钢生产的控制精度和劳动生产率,在实际应用中取得良好的效果和显著的经济效益。
By using static and dynamic mathematical model control system and analysis technology in converter steelmaking, calculation of main parameters of converter steelmaking furnace and adding oxygen blowing etc, automatic steelmaking control of process equipment by automatic control system, improving the control precision and productivity of converter steelmaking, and achieved good results and significant economic benefits in practical application.
