摘要
采用Crowbar保护电路可以极大地提高双馈式风电系统的低电压穿越能力(LVRT)。建立了双馈风力发电机(DFIG)的数学模型,对IGBT型Crowbar保护电路关键参数—卸能电阻最优值范围进行研究。并通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建了变速恒频DFIG风力发电系统模型,仿真表明当电网电压大幅度跌落时采取Crowbar保护电路的必要性。
The Crowbar protection circuit can greatly improve the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) capability of the doubly-fed wind power system. This paper establishes the mathematical model of doubly-fed induction generator ( DFIG), which is used to study the key parameters of the Crowbar protection circuit based on IGBT type-optimal val- ue range of discharge resistance. And a model of VSCF DFIG wind power generation system is built through MAT- LAB/Simulink. The simulation show that the necessity to take crowbar protection circuit when the grid voltage drops significantly.
