水果冷藏集装箱出口作业中制冷中断影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 在集装箱码头出口作业中过程中,港区交通拥堵、低效操作、操作失误等都会引起出口冷链中生鲜水果环境温度的变化,进而引起水果品质下降。针对水果冷藏箱港口出口作业制冷中断影响因素的复杂性和不确定性等特点,本研究结合冷藏箱内水果托盘中i Button?温度数据记录器记录的环境温度变化及波动数据,基于鱼骨图对水果冷藏箱进行制冷中断的风险识别分析,并给出减少水果冷藏箱在港口出口作业中制冷中断发生次数和持续时间的合理化建议。 During the export operation of container terminals, the harbor congestion, inefficiency or fault operation will cause the change of environmental temperature that degrades the quality of fresh fruit in the export cold-chain. As for the complexity and uncertainty of refrigeration interruption factors in the export operation of fruit refrigerated containers, by studying real-time data on environmental temperature change recorded by iButton~ temperature meter set on the fruit plate in refrigerated containers, risk identification analysis is made for the refrigeration interruption of fruit refrigerated containers based on a fishbone diagram. At last, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the frequency and time of refrigeration interruption during the port export operation of fruit refrigerated containers.
