This paper explores some of the key principles of best practice in museum communication, which are well-established, and are based on decades of museum research and professional practice. The paper focuses on the three stages of creating museum exhibitions-planning, design, and delivery. The interpretation planning stage is the time to answer the most important questions including "Why are you doing this?", "Who is it for?", "What is it about?", and "What is the context for the exhibition?". The interpreta- tion design stage is the time to know the content, layer the content and the media you want to use, and create accessible design, and most importantly to provoke, relate and reveal. The delivery is the final stage of ma- king a quality museum exhibition. The rigorous discipline and established procedures of interpretation plan- ning, interpretation design, content creation, and production delivery are the most effective way to produce a world-class museum exhibition and to communicate with the visitors.
