The problems and challenges faced by coal enterprises under the new normal economy were introduced. It was proposed that coal companies should change conventional development pattern, actively promote clean and efficient development and utilization of coal, reduce the cost of production and operation by all means, use information technology to transform traditional industrial chains, and strengthen international cooperation on coal in all aspects to promote coal enterprises ＂developing abroad＂.
