摘要
依据《矿用手持式钻机》MT/T994-2006标准,设计了一套矿用手持式钻机试验装置,介绍了该试验装置的整体设计、各个部分的组成以及结构设计。试验测试表明,该试验装置的设计能够满足气动、电动、液压和乳化液等不同动力矿用手持式钻机的转矩、转速以及安全转矩的试验需求,能够真实反映钻机的轻载、满载和负载等状况,具有减少劳动强度、提高工作效率、提升试验安全性以及提升试验数据准确性的优点。
According to the Mine Hand-held Drilling Rig MT/T994-2006 standard, a special testing apparatus of mine hand- held drilling rig was designed, and overall design, structural composition and structural design of the testing apparatus were introdueed. The testing results showed that the testing apparatus could meet the test requirements of torque, revolving speed and safe torque of pneumatic, motor-driven, hydraulic or emulsion type hand-held drilling rig, and reflect the light load, full load and load state of drilling rig, the testing apparatus had advantages in reducing labor intensity, improving work eficiency, enhancing test security and promoting test data accuracy.
