Coal mine safety behavior evaluation and application based on set pair analysis

为评估煤矿的安全行为水平,在分析组织行为的特征要素及个体不安全行为的影响因素的研究基础上,构建煤矿安全行为评估指标体系。应用集对分析理论提出安全行为综合评估方法,根据成熟度模型设定评估等级标准,用置信度准则来判定综合评估等级。在煤矿中进行实证应用的结果表明,评估得到煤矿安全行为综合水平处于规范级,与煤矿的自我评估和煤矿企业长效安全评价体系研究等实际情况相符合。因此,基于集对分析的安全行为评估方法能够帮助煤矿了解自身安全管理状况,做出针对性的改进。

In order to assess the safety behavior level of coal mines, based on the analysis of influencing factors of the characteristics of organizational safety behavior and individual unsafe behavior, a behavior assessment indicator system for coal mines was established. The set pair analysis theory was applied to conduct comprehensive evaluation method for safety behavior. According to the maturity model, the evaluation grade standard was set up. The confidence criterion was used to assess the evaluation levels. The results applied at coal mines showed that the comprehensive level of safety behavior of coal mine was at the standard level, which was in line with the actual situation of the enterprises＂ self-evaluation and study on the long term safety evaluation system of coal mining enterprises. Therefore, the method based on the set pair analysis of safety behavior evaluation could help coal mining enterprises understand their own safety management status so as to make targeted improvements.
