基于DEMATEL的煤矿工人安全行为影响因素研究

Research of influence factors for coal miners' safety behavior based on DEMATEL

为研究煤矿工人安全行为影响因素的相互关系,通过文献研究和专家访谈方法,从个人、班组、组织和环境4个方面进行分析,构建了对煤矿工人行为方式有关键影响的因素体系。运用DEMATEL方法分析了每个影响因素的影响度、被影响度、原因度和中心度,并形成影响因素四分图。结果表明,组织安全氛围和组织安全制度是煤矿工人行为方式的主要影响因子,领导对安全的态度和安全教育是其原因因子,管理者的行为方式对组织安全业绩有较大影响。进而根据分析结果从宏观、中观和微观3个层面提出改善工人行为安全的对策措施,为煤矿企业提高安全管理水平提供理论依据和技术参考。

In order to study the relations of influence factors of coal miners＂ safe behavior, through the analysis of four sub- groups of individual, team, organization and environment based on literature review and expert interviews, the system of safe behavior influence factors of coal miners were built. The influencing degree, influenced degree, reason degree, and center degree of each factor were calculated through the method of DEMATEL, and the four view chart of influence factors was formed. The results showed that organization safety climate and organization safety regulations were the main impact factors of coal miners＂ safe behavior. Leaders＇ attitude to safety and safety education were its causing factors, and behavioral pattern of managers determines the organization safety performance to a large extent. The practieal measures and suggestions were proposed in macro, middle and micro level, which provided theoretical foundation and technical reference for enhaneing the safety management level of coal mine enterprise.
