摘要
为提高瓦斯含量测试准确性和可靠性,新大地煤矿引进深孔定点取样装置,在15403工作面回风巷向原始煤体中施工4个取样钻孔进行定点取样对比试验。试验表明,深孔定点取样的瓦斯含量测定结果的准确性和可靠性更高,取样时间符合规定要求,并且整个井下取样过程耗时更短,较之矿井日常采用的孔口接粉及岩芯管取样具有明显优势。
To improve the test accuracy and reliability of gas content, Xindadi Mine introduced deep hole fixed-point sampling device and drilled 4 sampling boreholes to the raw coal to undertake fixed-point sampling comparison test. The results showed that comparing with orifice powder and rock core tube sampling, deep hole fixed point sampling had higher accuracy and reliabili- ty, its sampling time met the requirements of the regulations, and the entire underground sampling process took shorter time, which means it had obvious advantages.
