儿童和孕妇钙剂致不良反应的研究进展。参考国内外2005年至2016年儿童和孕妇钙剂致不良反应的有关文献,汇总分析,主要探讨凯思立D、迪巧、葡萄糖酸钙口服液三种钙剂的不良反应。儿童凯思立D的不良反应主要为嗳气、便秘、胃酸分泌反跳性增高、高钙血症、碱中毒、奶碱综合征及肾功能不全;孕妇凯思立D的不良反应主要为腹痛、上腹饱胀、便秘、腹泻。儿童口服迪巧的不良反应主要为嗳气、便秘、高钙血症;孕妇口服迪巧的不良反应主要为高钙血症。儿童服用葡萄糖酸钙口服液的不良反应主要为高钙致死、突发异常反应;孕妇服用葡萄糖酸钙口服液的不良反应主要为低血钾、变态反应、过敏性反应,面部潮红、红斑、面部斑丘疹、荨麻疹、刺痒、胸闷、咽部充血、便秘,偶见腹泻、腹胀。钙剂不良反应不容忽视,因提高警惕,临床应用时需合理正确的使用。

Children KaiSiLi D main adverse reactions for gas, constipation, gastric acid secretion increase of bounce, hypercalcemia, alkalosis, milk alkali syndrome and renal insufficiency; Pregnant women KaiSiLi D adverse reactions mainly abdominal pain, abdomen full bilge, constipation, diarrhea. Children＇s oral di qiao adverse reactions mainly for gas, constipation, hypercalcemia, Pregnant women oral di qiao adverse reactions mainly hyperealeemia. Children of the calcium gluconate oral liquid adverse reactions mainly for high calcium to death, sudden abnormal reaction; Pregnant women who take calcium gluconate oral liquid main adverse reactions of hypokalemia, allergy and allergic reactions, facial flush, erythema, facial maculopapule, urticaria, tickling, bosom frowsty, pharyngeal hyperemia, constipation, occasional diarrhea and abdominal distension, calcium adverse reactions should not be ignored, because the vigilance, reasonable clinical application should be used correctly.
