糖尿病和/或高血压患者合并脑梗死临床治疗分析

The features of diabetes,hypertension,diabetes and hypertension combined with cerebral infarction and its clinical application

目的分析糖尿病、高血压及糖尿病伴高血压患者合并脑梗死的特点及临床治疗。方法选择2016年6月—2017年2月我院收治的脑梗死患者120例,根据其合并症进行分组,糖尿病组、高血压组、糖尿病合并高血压组各40例。3组患者均给予常规治疗,比较临床疗效、脑梗死特点及神经功能缺损情况。结果糖尿病组与高血压组临床疗效、脑梗死特点及神经功能缺损情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);合并组临床总有效率明显低于糖尿病组、高血压组,重型神经功能缺损率明显高于糖尿病组、高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压与糖尿病对脑梗死临床疗效、梗死灶特点及预后情况具有协同作用,临床应注重血压与血糖的调控,以降低疾病风险,提高治愈率。

Objective To analyze the features of diabetes,hypertension,diabetes and hypertension combined with cerebral infarction and its clinical application.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2017 were selected,and they were divided into diabetes group,hypertension group,diabetes combined with hypertension group by complication,40 cases in each.Three groups were given routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,features of cerebral infarction and neurological deficit of three groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy,features of cerebral infarction,neurological deficit of diabetes group and hypertension group were compared,there was no statistical difference（P〉0.05）;The clinical effective rate of combined group was significantly lower than that of diabetes group and hypertension group,and the rate of severe neurological deficit was significantly higher than diabetes group and hypertension group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hypertension and diabetes have synergistic effect on clinical efficacy of cerebral infarction,features of infarction focus and prognosis.Therefore the regulation of blood pressure and blood glucose should be paid attention so as to decrease risks of diseases.
