医学模拟操作教学法在学生临床综合技能培养方面的应用探析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨医学模拟操作教学法在学生临床综合技能培养方面的应用效果。方法本次研究的对象均为某医学院2013级来我院见习的学生,对照组学生采用常规的教学方式,研究组学生采用医学模拟操作教学法进行教学,比较2组学生的临床综合技能教学效果。结果研究组学生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩以及总成绩分别为(45.6±1.3)分、(42.4±3.6)分和(87.3±4.2)分,均明显比对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组学生对传统教学方式的教学满意度为82.0%,研究组对医学模拟操作教学法的教学满意度为96.0%,研究组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用医学模拟操作教学法对学生临床综合技能进行培养具有良好的效果,能够显著提高学生掌握临床综合操作技能的水平及满意度,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the application effect of medical simulation teaching method in the cultivation of students' clinical comprehensive skills.Methods The subjects of this study are 2013 students from a Medical College,The students in the control group adopted conventional teaching methods,he students in the study group were taught by the method of medical simulation teaching,comparison of two groups of students clinical skills teaching effect.Results Theoretical results of the study group、The results of the time operation and the total scores were(45.6±1.3)、(42.4±3.6)和(87.3±4.2),Were significantly higher than those in the control group,The difference between groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The satisfaction of the students in the control group was 82%,The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 96%,The study group was significantly higher than the control group,There was statistical significance between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of medical simulation teaching method has a good effect on the cultivation of students' clinical comprehensive skills,and can significantly improve the level of clinical comprehensive operation skills
