单纯电切术与电切后加膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的对比研究

Comparative study on pure electrocision and bladder irrigation after electrocision in treatment of glandular cyslitis

目的探讨电切后加膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的108例腺性膀胱炎患者,根据不同治疗方式分为单纯组和联合组各54例。单纯组予经尿道等离子电切治疗,联合组术后联合丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗,对比2组术后远期疗效、SA S及Q O L评分。结果 2组治疗总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24个月时单纯组患者SA S评分、Q O L评分比术前明显改善(P<0.05),联合组SA S评分和Q O L评分较术前无明显改善(P>0.05),且明显高于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论尿道等离子电切术后联合丝裂霉素灌注的远期疗效并无明显优势,且可能会增加患者焦虑情绪,降低生活质量,对于抗炎治疗效果不佳者可考虑单纯进行手术治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bladder irrigation after electrocision in treatment of glandular cyslitis.Methods 108 patients with glandular cyslitis in our hospital were divided into pure group and combined group by treatment methods,54 cases in each. Pure group was given transurethral plasmakinetic electroresection,combined group took mitomycin irrigation in combination after surgery. The postoperative long-term efficacy,SAS and QOL scores of two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between two groups（P〉0.05）;After surgery for 24 months,the SAS score of pure group significantly improved compared with before surgery（P〈0.05）;The SAS and QOL scores of combined group had no significant improvement compared with before surgery,which significantly higher than pure group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The long-term efficacy of postoperative mitomycin irrigation in combination has no significant advantages, it s likely to add patients＇ anxious emotion,increase living quality. For patients with poor anti-inflammatory effects,they can be given pure surgical treatment.
