影响临床检验标本采集的因素与对策

Factors affecting the collection of clinical laboratory specimens and the countermeasures

目的探讨影响临床检验标本采集的因素及对策。方法选取100例患者作为研究对象,内科50例,外科50例,分析其临床检验标本采集情况。结果 100例患者在不同的时间段出现标本采集错误26例次,其中采集前错误15例,采集过程中错误8例,采集后错误3例。结论合理精准地采集临床标本和规范进行检验对临床诊断意义重大,能有效提高诊断精确性,进而提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the factors that influence the collection of clinical laboratory samples according to the data collected in this paper,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods Selected 100 cases of patients in our hospital as the research object,the above objects are typical,50 cases of internal medicine,50 cases of surgery,these 100 cases as clinical laboratory specimens,collected and sorted out.Analysis of all clinical data,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Results 100 cases of patients with clinical samples after examination,the correct diagnosis results,including 26 cases of errors,15 cases of pre acquisition errors,8 cases of errors during the acquisition process,3 cases after the acquisition error.Conclusion It is of great significance to collect the clinical samples and standardize the test in a reasonable and accurate manner,which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and improve the treatment outcome.
