晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀的护理效果

Nursing care of patients with terminal cancer

目的观察晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀的护理效果。方法回顾性分析2015年8月—2016年9月我院收治的晚期肿瘤患者42例,将其随机平分为2组,每组患者21例,对试验组患者采取临终关怀护理模式,对照组患者采取常规护理模式,比较2组临床护理效果。结果试验组患者临终时期的生活质量评分(79.8±3.6)分,患者与家属对护理的满意度95.2%,均显著高于对照组。试验组患者住院期间病死率和日平均费用显著优于对照组。结论临终关怀护理模式在晚期肿瘤患者护理中的应用,能够有效提高患者与家属对护理工作满意度、提高晚期肿瘤患者临终前的生活质量,有利于降低住院期间的病死率、减少住院费用,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and observe the nursing effect of hospice care in advanced cancer patients.Methods 42 patients with advanced cancer were retrospectively analyzed from August 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases in each group,were named the experimental group and the control group,take hospice nursing mode the nursing care for the patients in the experimental group,the control group were given conventional nursing,the clinical effect comparison of two kinds of nursing model.Results the experimental group last period of the quality of life of 79.8 ± 3.6,patients and family satisfaction with care was significantly higher than that of 95.2% The control group.The mortality rate during hospitalization and the average daily cost of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion the application of hospice care model in the nursing care of patients with advanced cancer can effectively improve patient and family satisfaction with nursing work,improve the death of patients with advanced cancer before the quality of life,reduce the mortality during hospitalization,reduce hospitalization costs and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
