摘要
目的了解乳腺癌化疗患者经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)导管脱管的情况,深入分析脱管原因,为进一步解决导管脱管提供更好的护理措施。方法对我院2014年6月—2015年12月9例乳腺癌化疗患者PICC导管脱管情况进行根因分析并采取对策加以改进。结果通过对这9例脱管不良事件的根因分析并采取相应的改进措施后,2016年至今只发生1例脱管不良事件。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者PICC导管脱管进行根因分析并提出护理对策,可以减少PICC导管脱管的发生率,延长PICC导管使用期限,提高护理质量。
Objective To understand the situation of PICC catheter detached in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy,further analysis the reason of detached,to further solve the catheter detached to provide better nursing measures.Methods With the analysis of the situation of PICC catheter detached in nine patients with breast cancer chemotherapy in our hospital and take measures to improvement,between June 2014 and December 2015.Results Through to analysis the reason of nine cases of adverse events,only one case since 2016.Conclusion With the analysis of PICC catheter detached in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and put forward nursing countermeasures,can reduce the incidence of PICC detached,prolong the use time of PICC catheter and improve the quality of nursing.
