摘要
世界著名自然遗产地张家界虽然已经开发,但其总体面貌还未充分展现在世人面前,未被游客全方位、多层次的感受体验。本文以游客的调查问卷为基础,对世界遗产地张家界的旅游产品深度开发进行研究。通过因子聚类归纳了张家界遗产内涵的产品表现形式,分析了产品体系开发的路径;进行满意度分析,提出进一步开发策略。
Zhangjiajie as a famous world natural heritage, the heritage resources connotation in terms of the depth and breadth, were not fully demonstrated in front of the world, not by tourists all-round and multi-level experience. Based on the questionnaire, this paper makes a research on the development of tourism products in Zhangjiajie of world heritage sites. Through the factor clustering summarized Zhangjiajie heritage products form, analyzes the path of development of product system; analysis of satisfaction, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the quality of tourism services, and then puts forward the basic framework of model de- velopment depth of heritage tourism.
