摘要
直销银行是传统商业银行进军互联网金融的试水之作,其业务模式、功能定位有别于手机银行和网上银行,并随着互联网的飞速发展、人们需求的不断变化被创造、衍生出新功能。笔者认为当前直销银行宜从优化绑卡流程、设立等级称号并且设置对应权限、搭建众筹平台、设立直播互动平台等方面来改善客户体验较差的局面,维持用户的新鲜感。
