摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是中老年人较常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。PD的早期症状不典型,导致其误诊率较高。因此,有效的生物学标志物可提高PD早期诊断的准确率,亦是治疗PD和评估预后的重要因素。本文就帕金森病早期诊断的研究进展做一综述。
Parkinson′s disease（ PD） is a common senile chronic neurological disease. Early clinical symptoms of PD are insidious, making the diagnosis substantially difficult. Effective biomarkers can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of Parkinson′s disease,and this paper makes a review on the re-search progress of early diagnosis of Parkinson′s disease.
