摘要
介绍9.5R17.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径838 mm,断面宽240 mm,行驶面宽度180 mm,行驶面弧度高8.0 mm,胎圈着合直径442 mm,胎圈着合宽度184 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.020 4,胎面采用4条线形花纹设计,花纹深度14 mm,花纹饱和度74%,花纹周节数54。施工设计:胎面采用整块挤出,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用0°带束层结构,1~#和2~#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3~#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、机械式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合设计和相关标准要求。
The design on 9.5R17.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 838 mm,cross-sectional width 240 mm,width of running surface 180 mm,arc height of running surface 8.0 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 442 mm,bead width at rim seat 184 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1.020 4,4-strip pattern design for tread,pattern depth 14 mm,block/total ratio 74%,and number of pattern pitches 54.In construction design,the following processes were taken:one piece structure for tread,3×0.24 +9×0.225 + 0.15 HT steel cord for carcass ply,using 0° belt,3×0.20 + 6×0.35 HT steel cord for 1^# and 2^# belt,5×0.30 HI steel cord for 3^# belt;and using two drum one stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength property and endurance performance reached the requirements of design and corresponding standard.
