摘要
介绍26×9-14.5NHS 24PR I-1草地轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径655 mm,断面宽240 mm,行驶面宽度210 mm,行驶面弧度高7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径368 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.123 1,花纹深度7 mm,花纹饱和度86%,花纹周节数48。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包、指形正包成型机成型,液压式B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到设计和国家标准要求。
The design on 26×9-14. 5NHS 24 PR I-1 grass tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 655 mm,cross-sectional width 240 mm,width of running surface 210 mm,arc height of running surface 7. 5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 368 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1. 123 1,pattern depth 7 mm,block/total ratio 86%,and number of pattern pitches 48. In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece structure for tread,4 layers of high strength 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass,using bladder turn up and finger turn down assembly to build tire and hydraulic type B bladder press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and national standard.
