摘要 介绍ST205/75D15 6PR公路型挂车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径668 mm,断面宽194 mm,行驶面宽度130 mm,行驶面弧度高5 mm,胎圈着合直径379 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.84,花纹深度6.5 mm,花纹饱和度65.2%,花纹周节数90。施工设计:胎体和缓冲层均采用2层1400dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布;钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm镀铜高强度钢丝,钢丝圈直径385 mm;采用四柱式硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关标准要求。 The design on ST205/75D15 6PR highway trailer bias tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 668 mm,cross-sectional width 194 mm,width of running surface 130 mm,arc height of running surface 5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0. 84,pattern depth 6. 5 mm,block/total ratio 65. 2%,and number of pattern pitch 90. In construction design,the following processes were taken:2 layers of 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply and breaker ply,respectively,Φ0. 96 mm copper-coated high strength steel for bead wire,and diameter of bead 385 mm. The tire was cured by using a hydraulic vulcanizing machine. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength property,endurance performance and speed performance reached the requirements of corresponding standards.
