高效液相色谱法测定混炼胶中的防老剂4020

Determination of Antioxidant 4020 in Rubber Compound by HPLC

建立了高效液相色谱法测定混炼胶中防老剂4020含量的方法。确定测试条件如下:提取液乙腈/二氯甲烷(体积比为6∶1);流动相乙腈/无水乙酸钠溶液(体积比为4∶6)混合液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长290 nm,采用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法在2.0~499.5μg·mL^(-1)质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为0.1μg·g^(-1),定量限为0.2μg·g^(-1),样品加标回收率为102.2%~105.4%,相对标准偏差小于5%,能够满足混炼胶样品中防老剂4020的快速检测。

A method for determination of antioxidant 4020 in the rubber compound by HPLC wasestablished.The test conditions were as follows：extraction solution was acetonitrile/dichloromethane（volume ratio was 6 ∶ 1）,mobile phase was acetonitrile/anhydrous sodium carbonate solution（volume ratio was 4∶6）,gradient elution was applied with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,detector wavelength was 290 nm,and the external standard method was used for the quantitative evaluation.The results showed that,the standard curve was linear in the range of 2.0-499.5 μg·mL^-1,detection limit was 0.1 μg·g^-1,quantification limitwas 0.2 μg·g^-1,recoveries were 102.2%-105.4%,and relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method met the requirement for rapid determination of antioxidant 4020 in the rubber compound.
