宿迁市地震应急避难场所规划建设探讨

Planning and Construction of Earthquake Emergency Shelters in Suqian

地震应急避难场所是城市应对突发性事件的一项灾民安置措施,是城市民众用于躲避地震、火灾、爆炸、洪水等重大灾害的安全避难场所。文章在对国家一些典型城市地震应急避难场所建设情况分析的基础上,研究了宿迁地区地震应急避难场所的布局规划和建设案例,对指导宿迁市今后地震应急避难场所建设具有重要意义,同时为其他城市地震应急避难场所建设提供借鉴。

Earthquake emergency shelter is a disaster resettlement measure to cope with unexpected events in cities, where urban population can take refuge in case of earthquakes, fires, explosions, floods andother disasters. Based on an analysis of the construction of earthquake emergency shelters in some typical cities in our country, this paper studies the layout planning and construction cases of earthquake emergency shelters in Suqian area. The study has important significance for guiding the construction of earthquake emergency shelters in Suqian City in future; it also provides reference for the construction of emergency shelters in other cities.
