基于AHP法在基坑工程风险管理中应用的研究

Application Study of the Foundation Pit Construction Risk Management Based on the AHP Method

文章以作者亲身参与的南京某商住楼项目为研究对象,通过运用AHP法对其基坑施工过程中的风险因素进行分析,将定性的内容转化为定量的内容进行研究,让主观估计客观化,不仅能够使管理者通过具体的数值对风险水平有一个直观的了解,同时也为工程管理人员提供了分析和应对工程风险的一种方法,并用来指导实践。最后根据对本基坑工程风险的分析结果,项目部制定了有针对性应对措施,并应用于实践中,取得了不错的效果,同时为以后类型项目提供借鉴。

Through the use of AHP method to analyze the risk factors in the construction of the foundation pit,the qualitative content is transformed into the quantitative content to study, so that the subjective estimation objective can not only make the managers have the intuition of the risk level through the specific value and provides a way for engineering managers to analyze and respond to engineering risks and to guide practice.Finally, according to the analysis results of the risk of the foundation pit project, the project department has developed a targeted response measures, and applied to practice, and achieved good results, but also provide reference for future types of projects.
