On Special-topic-discussion-based Teaching Model of Graduate Students' Political and Theoretical Subject

摘要 专题研讨式教学,是为改善研究生思想政治理论课教学效果而提出的一种教学模式。其改革内容涉及到教师组成、授课内容、授课方式、考核方式等四个环节,它强调以专题问题为导向,以研讨为主要授课方法,让学生感受不同老师的熏陶与教化。作为一种新的教学模式,专题研讨式教学不仅契合了研究生课程教学目标及自身探索性学习的需要,而且有助于促进专家型教师的形成。在具体操作时,一定要防止专题内容偏离教学目标、讨论趋于娱乐化肤浅化、总体教学效果难以保证等现象的出现。 The special-topic-discussion-based teaching is a new teaching model to improve the teaching effi- ciency of the graduate students' political and theoretical subject. It includes the following four parts: the team of teachers, the teaching content, the teaching methodology and the evaluation mode. It emphasizes on the special-topic orientation, and the discussion as its main teaching method to make students experience different teachers' edifying and moralizing. As a new teaching model, the special-topic-discussion-based teaching model can not only meet the need of teaching objectives and the graduates' exploring learning, but also contribute to the development of the expert teachers. While in reality, the emergences of these phenomena should be avoi- ded, such as the content deviating from the teaching objectives, the discussion being entertainment and super- ficiality, and the efficiency of the overall teaching being reduced.
