摘要
以数控技术为支撑的激光雕刻具有成形性好、加工精度高等优点,其应用日益广泛。但激光雕刻机在工作过程中产生的大量固体微颗粒及有毒气体会对环境与人员产生危害。本文针对激光雕刻机工作过程中产生尾气的成分及其特性,开发了一种集吸附与催化于一体的吸附-催化燃烧尾气处理设备,能有效实现对雕刻尾气的无害化处理。
Because of the advantages of good formability and high processing precision, the laser engraving machine supported by the numerical control technology has been applied widely. However, during the working, a large number of emissions consisting of solid particles and toxic gases would be exhausted, which are harmful to the environment and worker. Considering the components and characteristics of the emissions exhausted, a exhaust treatment equipment coupling adsorption and catalytic combustion was developed in the paper, which would be used to realize harmlessness of exhaust.
