基于ANSYS费托合成反应器热处理的有限元分析

摘要 费托合成反应器是煤制油单体系统的核心关键设备,其制造程序相当复杂,其技术含量和安全系数都要求很高。整体进炉进行焊后热处理时,由于其直径大、壁厚,接管繁多,其应力集中部位长期在载荷应力,热应力交汇的应力集中区工作,所以该部位是设计与制造的关键部位。本文利用ANSYS软件分析产品承受的机械应力与热应力进行模拟,并提出预防损害的措施,对反应器卧式热处理过程中风险环节管控提供理论依据。 The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor is the core of the coal oil monomer system key equipment, the manufacturing process is very complex, its technical content and safety coefficient are demanding. As a whole into the furnace heat treatment after welding, due to its large diameter, wall thickness, takeover is various, the stress concentration area in the load stress for a long time, work stress, high thermal stress convergence, so this part is the key part of designing and manufacturing. In this paper, by using ANSYS software analysis product, to simulate the mechanical stress and thermal stress under the reactor horizontal link of risk control to provide the theory basis for heat treatment process.
