升白丸对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响

Effect of Shengbai Pills on Leukopenia Induced by Cyclophosphamide in Mice

目的 :观察升白丸对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响。方法 :利用环磷酰胺 ip造成小鼠白细胞减少症模型 ,口服升白丸进行治疗 ,对模型小鼠外周血白细胞总数、骨髓有核细胞数及胸腺、脾脏指数进行检测。结果 :升白丸可明显升高模型小鼠的外周血白细胞总数、骨髓有核细胞数及胸腺、脾脏指数。结论

Objective:To observe the effects of Shengbai Pills on mice leukopenia models induced by cyclophosphamide.Methods:Mice leukopenia models were prepared by ip cyclophosphamide and then treated with Shengbai Pills. Peripheral white blood cell counts, bone marrow karyocyte counts and coefficients of thymus and spleen were determined.Results:Shengbai Pills could obviously increase the counts of white blood cell and bone marrow karyocyte,and coefficients of thymus and spleen of the leukopenia model.Conclusion:Shengbai Pills have apparent leukogenic effect.
